How to login StormGain account?

1. Go to mobile StormGain App or Website.
2. Click on “Sign in”.
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Click on “Sign In” green button.
5. Click on “Apple” or “Gmail” for login through another method.
6. If you forgot password click on “Restore password”.

I forgot my password from StormGain account

If you forgot your password by logging in to the StormGain website, you need to click the «Restore Password»

Then, the system will open a window where you will be requested to restore your password (e-mail) your e-mail. You need provide the system with the appropriate email address and click "continue"

A notification will open that an email has been sent to this e-mail address to reset the password.

Further in the letter on your e-mail, you will be offered to change your password. Click on the «RESET YOUR PASSWORD», and get to the StormGain website. In the window of which, create a new password for subsequent authorization.

How to login StormGain Android app?

Authorization on the Android mobile platform is carried out similarly to authorization on the StormGain website. The application can be downloaded through the Google Play Market on your device or click here. In the search window, just enter StormGain and click «Install».

How can I deposit

You can deposit funds to a trading account in several ways:

By crypto wallet

There are no fees for this deposit method.

To deposit funds to your account using a crypto wallet, go to your Wallet, select the necessary cryptocurrency and click Deposit next to the corresponding wallet.


In the dialogue window that appears, copy the wallet address for depositing funds to StormGain. Make the transfer from your external wallet to this address.


Deposit transactions tend to take about 30 minutes. The speed it takes for the funds to be credited depends on the cryptocurrency and whats happening on its blockchain. You can always check the payment status using the checker for each cryptocurrency.

Each cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit amount. If the deposit amount is less than the minimum, the funds will not be credited to your account.

Note: The cryptocurrency for the account to be credited must match the cryptocurrency for the deposit account. If you send a different cryptocurrency to this address, your deposit may be lost.

By Visa or Mastercard via Simplex or Koinal

If you dont have crypto assets or a crypto wallet, you can buy cryptocurrency using a Visa or Mastercard.

Click Deposit on the platform.

In the window that appears, select the wallet that you want to deposit funds to, the currency you plan to make the payment in and the amount, then select Simplex or Koinal as the deposit method. After that, click Deposit.

After that, youll be redirected to Simplex or Koinal, depending on the method you choose.

Fill in your payment card details and complete the verification procedure. The funds will be credited to your crypto wallet shortly.

By SEPA bank transfer

(only for countries from the list https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/integration/retail/sepa/html/index.en.html). The primary requirement is that the bank account supports SEPA transfers. You can find this out by contacting your bank.

In the window that appears, select the wallet that you want to deposit funds to, the currency you plan to make the payment in and the amount, then select SEPA transfer. After that, click Deposit.

After that, go to the Bits of Gold website, where youll need to register and complete the verification process. Then specify the StormGain crypto wallet for the deposit and get the bank account number for transferring funds. Submit the bank transfer through online banking or at a bank branch.

There are currently no fees for depositing funds via SEPA bank transfer. After the submitted payment is credited to the Bits of Gold bank account, the funds will be converted to a cryptocurrency and sent to your StormGain wallet. This usually takes no more than 5 business days. The minimum deposit amount is 250 EUR. The maximum amount is 1,000,000 EUR.

Depositing funds using a debit/credit card without fees

To deposit funds using a card without fees, select Bank card as the payment method and complete the verification procedure by providing the following:

Fees for depositing funds

You can deposit funds to and withdraw them from your trading account with crypto wallets, debit/credit cards (only for deposits) and SEPA transfers (for EEA countries).

The commission depends on the deposit/withdrawal method:

• The fees for deposits with a credit card through Simplex are 3.5% (or 10 USD, whichever is higher) and 4% through Koinal (the conversion on the Koinal side of the transaction should also be taken into account).
• There are no fees for depositing funds to a trading account from a crypto wallet or via a SEPA transfer.
• There are no fees for depositing using a Mastercard debit/credit card (only for EU countries).

When withdrawing funds to an external crypto wallet, fees vary depending on the type of cryptocurrency. The amount of commission and final amount of the payout is displayed on the withdrawal request window. You can see the current fees in the Fees limits section of the StormGain platform.

Please note that there are minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.

There are no fees for withdrawing funds via SEPA transfer.

Why does my transaction take so long?

Our transactions generally take up to 1 hour to process. If your transaction takes longer than this, it may be because the blockchain is overloaded. Many transactions are processed at the same time as yours.

In this case, I would suggest that you wait. Unfortunately, StormGain can’t affect issues related to the blockchain being overload.

Please wait for the funds to be credited. If they don’t appear in your account in 4-5 hours, please let us know via the contact form.

In your request, please provide the following transaction information (as text, not a screenshot):

- Sender address

- Recipient address

- Transaction ID (hash)

- Deposit tag (if you deposited XRP)
