How to Withdraw from StormGain
How can I withdraw?
You can withdraw funds using the methods described below:
By transferring the funds to an existing crypto wallet
You can see a full list of cryptocurrencies available for withdrawal as well as the commissions associated with transferring them on the StormGain website or in the Wallets section of StormGain.
Withdrawals in the mobile app are made the same way as on the web platform:
1 Go to the Wallets section.
2 Select the cryptocurrency you would like to transfer.
3 Select Send.
4 After that, select how youd like to transfer the money: by using a wallet address or QR code.
5 Copy your wallets information and make the transfer. Be sure to carefully check the address youre withdrawing to; we wont be able to return funds withdrawn to an incorrect wallet.
- Each cryptocurrency has a minimum withdrawal amount. If the amount is less than this threshold, the funds wont be credited to your account.
Important! The cryptocurrency being transferred must match the wallets cryptocurrency. Sending any other currency to this address may result in the loss of your deposit.
Note: When withdrawing funds to Ripple (XRP) and Stellar (XLM) wallets, you must add a memo ID and tag.
If you dont have a crypto wallet, you must first create one. You can do so in any system, such as Blockchain, Coinbase, XCOEX or others. Go to any of these platforms websites and create a wallet. Once you create your crypto wallet, youll have a unique address that you can use for deposits and withdrawals.
REMEMBER:
1) YOU MUST TRANSFER A MINIMUM OF 50 USDT (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN ANOTHER CRYPTOCURRENCY)
2) THE CRYPTOCURRENCY MUST MATCH THE WALLET’S CRYPTOCURRENCY
If the amount is less than 50 USDT, the money wont be credited to your account. Learn more on the Fees and Limits page. This address is for Omni USDT only. You can only send Omni USDT to this deposit address. Sending any other currency to this address may result in the loss of your deposit.
By making a SEPA transfer (only available for ЕЕА countries)

Fees for deposting and withdrawing funds
You can deposit funds to and withdraw them from your trading account with crypto wallets, debit/credit cards (only for deposits) and SEPA transfers (for EEA countries).The commission depends on the deposit/withdrawal method:
- The fees for deposits with a credit card through Simplex are 3.5% (or 10 USD, whichever is higher) and 4% through Koinal (the conversion on the Koinal side of the transaction should also be taken into account).
- There are no fees for depositing funds to a trading account from a crypto wallet or via a SEPA transfer.
- There are no fees for depositing using a Mastercard debit/credit card (only for EU countries).
Please note that there are minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts.
There are no fees for withdrawing funds via SEPA transfer.

When should I receive my money?
StormGain transactions take 5-20 minutes to be processed.If a transaction is large (over 1 BTC worth), processing may take longer depending on the size of your transaction and blockchain capacity.
How do I cancel my transaction?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.Once cryptocurrency is sent, it cannot be rolled back.
So if you transfer cryptocurrency, check attentively all the payment details prior to sending.
My transaction was unsuccessful
1. Transaction hasnt been included to a blockchain.Cryptocurrencies arent stable, so minor errors might occur.
We can push a payment through if you fill in the Feedback form and select "Funding account" category and fill in all the required fields.
2. ETC and ETH confusion.
The addresses of Ethereum (ETH) and Ethereum Classic (ETH) are of the same structure.
If you send ETC or ETH, make sure that youve created an appropriate transaction on StormGain.
For example, if you create an ETH to BTC transaction, make sure that you send ETH, not ETC.
Otherwise, your transaction will be stuck.
3. Wrong XEM message.
While sending XEM, make sure that youve put a correct message.
Its indicated here and looks like a combination of digits and letters.
Messages like "Hey! How are you?", "I love StormGain" etc. are lovely but dont work, unfortunately :)
4. Other internal errors.
Even our perfect system may experience internal issues.
